Fices Well (M7)

Fices Well before but realised when we got home and consulted the maps that we had not walked far enough.  We walked down the path that was signed Fice Well 800 m.  We walked along the track for 10 minutes then came to another sign post showing Fice Well was to the right.  We walked down to the river where there was a clapper bridge but could not find the Well.  There was a round building, but it did not look like the pictures of the well so we dismissed it.  We were about to give up our search when we decided to check the round wall out.  When we got to it we discovered there were steps to get over the wall and Fices Well in the middle.  The writing on the top stone was not very clear, but something was obviously written there.

Round wall surrounding the well.
